Quick Navigation
1. Orders & Quotations
Wayfresh Group Limited supplies office refreshments, including fresh fruit, milk, snacks, tea, coffee, drinks and workplace pantry products to businesses across London. All quotations are provided without obligation and remain valid for the period stated on the quotation. An order is confirmed once it has been accepted by both the customer and Wayfresh Group Limited.
1.1 Minimum Order Value
Wayfresh Group Limited operates a minimum order value of £50 per delivery. Customers may combine products from across our range, including fresh fruit, milk and dairy, snacks, tea, coffee, drinks and other workplace essentials, to meet the minimum order value.
Orders below £50 may be accepted at Wayfresh Group Limited’s discretion and may be subject to a delivery charge, which will be confirmed before the order is accepted.
Where a promotional offer includes free delivery on a customer’s first order, this applies to the first delivery only unless otherwise stated in writing. Subsequent deliveries will be subject to our standard minimum order value and applicable delivery charges.
2. Prices
Wayfresh Group Limited is not currently VAT registered. Therefore, VAT is not charged on our products or services unless our VAT registration status changes in the future.
3. Deliveries
Wayfresh Group Limited delivers office refreshments to business customers across London. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver orders on the agreed delivery date and within the agreed time window. While we aim to deliver on time, delays caused by traffic, severe weather, vehicle breakdowns or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally occur. If a delay is expected, we will notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as agreed in the quotation or contract and reflected on the invoice. Business customers approved for credit will normally receive 30-day payment terms unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment must be received by the agreed due date.
Where a qualifying business debt remains overdue, Wayfresh Group Limited reserves the right to claim statutory interest and debt recovery compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as amended. Interest accrues daily at an annual rate of 8 percentage points above the applicable Bank of England reference rate.
Fixed debt recovery compensation is £40 for qualifying debts below £1,000, £70 for debts from £1,000 to £9,999.99, and £100 for debts of £10,000 or more. Reasonable additional recovery costs may also be claimed where permitted by law.
Wayfresh Group Limited reserves the right to suspend future deliveries where invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed payment terms. We will give written notice before suspending deliveries.
5. Cancellations
Customers may cancel or amend an order by providing reasonable notice before the scheduled delivery date. Orders that have already been prepared, packed or dispatched may not be cancelled without charge. Recurring delivery customers may cancel their ongoing service by providing reasonable written notice, unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.
6. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products
Customers should inspect their delivery upon arrival and notify Wayfresh Group Limited within 24 hours of delivery if any items are damaged, missing or supplied incorrectly. Where appropriate, we will replace the affected products or provide a suitable credit at our discretion.
7. Product Availability
While we aim to supply all products as ordered, some items may occasionally become unavailable due to supplier shortages or seasonal availability. In these circumstances, we may offer a suitable alternative product of similar quality. Customers will be informed whenever reasonably possible.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that accurate delivery information is provided, including the correct business address, contact details and any delivery instructions. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or restricted access, additional delivery charges may apply..
9. Limitation of Liability
Wayfresh Group Limited will use reasonable care and skill in supplying all products and services. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total value of that order. Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.
10. Force Majeure
Wayfresh Group Limited shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where such delays result from events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, industrial action, supplier shortages, vehicle breakdowns or other unforeseen circumstances.
